19 young students and professionals (20-40 years old) participated at the formation Weekend proposed by ADYAN on 29-30 December 2007, for people looking to join the Volunteers Network of the foundation. Held in Maad (Jebail), the weekend had as main theme "Identities and Confessionalism". The purpose of the weekend was to convey the spirit of the foundation, to present its programs and to receive the feedback of those interested. The week-end consisted of intellectual, spiritual and cultural activities, which not only helped participants get acquainted with ADYAN and its founding members and vice-versa, but also helped in getting the participants from various backgrounds acquainted with each other in an open and friendly atmosphere.
