Youth congress in Aynab

Adyan helped the Middle East Council of Churches organize its 8th Christian-muslim youth congress entitled “Religions and civil peace”. Participants were from Lebanon, Egypt, Syria and Jordan. The program consisted of workshops, group exercises, lectures, training in theater and an outing. The general theme was subdivided in three main themes: the multiple identities we all carry, the different aspects of each person’s own religious belonging, and the responsibility of each one to be a witness to peace.
