"Together towards unity
and peace"

On the occasion of the 21st anniversary of the international encounter
of religions for peace (Assisi), adyan has organized an event of
prayer for peace in Lebanon (Bethany-Harissa) on the 27th of October
2007. The program of the event consists of a Muslim and a Christian
prayer for peace (each group on its own), then the two groups join
to hear Christian and Muslim choirs, testimonies of participants
to previous Sant’Egidio encounters, testimonies on religion
at the service of peace, and a reading of the message of the encounter.
