Homeless youth assistance

adyan offered assisatance for a group of young people between the ages of 12 and 18, generally of Syrian and Palestinian origin, that live under bridges or under trees, that have no fixed jobs, and extremely minimal education. The foundation has tried to help these young men by standing beside them, listening to their problems, inviting them for lunches and dinners, visiting them in jail when they were incarcerated, but especially by showing them an example of a different way of life, and providing for them the opportunity to change. The foundation has worked in partnership with several organizations: “Mission de Vie”, “Fondation père Afif Osseiran”, “the Lebanese Union for the Protection of Children” (UPEL), “Offre Joie”, the “House of Hope” and “Dar al Amal”, added to contacts with the Lebanese Internal Security forces and judicial instances.
