This DVD is an ADYAN production of 14 minute documentary film in Arabic on Lebanese witnesses to repentance, forgiveness and peace, after having experienced war and violence. The film consists of interviews with 2 former militia leaders during the Lebanese civil war (1975-1990), one from the Lebanese Forces, a 'christian' militia, and the other from Murabitun, a 'muslim' militia. These two men present a crucial message, especially for the Lebanese youth, because in the postwar period, they re-read their experience and started doing everything possible to make up for it, through a personal repentance, then a public apology, followed by joint public testimonies focusing on reconciliation and peace-building.
